Casting films, film/foam laminates, transfer coating pressure sensitive adhesives to films or film/fabric laminates are just some of the manufacturing processes available at Majilite Medical. Our 100 meter long casting/coating line has the capability to lay down and dry, four different layers in one operation.

Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to process a broad range of polymers including most solvent, high solids and water based systems. Gravure coating and printing are also currently available.
